As you know, there are different ways to play the same game. Both moving the joystick strongly or weakly can produce the same effect in the game. If everyone use the weak one, will the effect of keeping fit be diminished?
Your topic is interesting and I agree with your suggestion that doing sport by using wii is much better than sitting on the couch and do nothing. However, I am afraid the statistic that you have shown is not totally related to you point.
